Today, I’m back @frenchhousesoho celebrating Bastille day and the 30 years that Lesley Lewis has dedicated to this institution with Fergus, Margot, @spitz69 @russell_norman @angelacooking. In an industry that is far too often concept led, I take great comfort in coming back to a place where food is cooked from the heart @fergushenderson and Margot now @nlborthwick . Being a chef at The French House was the reason I moved to Soho where my career began and where I found love. I’m forever greatful for the team’s hard work and friendship.
